In my role as Executive Director, I am responsible for leading enrollment science across the Enrollment Management division. This position requires me to be highly technical, using analytics to solve problems, deploy solutions to those problems, and connect those solutions to business strategy. Additionally, this position requires leadership and continuous innovative thinking about the way the Enrollment Management division leverages and deploys technology. I am responsible for reporting and predictive analytics across the division; I must be able to synthesize technical concepts and findings into actions that drive strategic change and growth.

Under the guidance and direction of the VP of Enrollment Management, I provided analytics and conducted strategic research for the division and assisted with similar efforts for Marketing and Graduation Admissions. I was responsible for generating and presenting analytically-driven insights and innovative perspectives, which were used to set annual goals, evaluate and maximize effectiveness of recruitment and marketing efforts, benchmark outcomes, generate predictive models, and develop solutions that fostered both short- and long-term strategic planning.
